1. Q: How are your products different and what makes Classic Culture Merch (CCM) a great place for me to shop?

A: We provide merchandise with our artist's original content designs/ideas so you truly get to experience something new and unique to the market   We work hard to give you the best competitive prices in addition to frequent sales and/or discount  specials.  

2. Q: If I receive merchandise that is incorrect or If I am simply not satisfied with my purchase, can I expect your CCM to support my wishes in either a fair exchange or full refund?

A: Yes, most certainly, please review our our private policy page from the tab located at the bottom of the main page. In short, we do proper exchange for items that are incorrectly shipped or does not meet your satisfaction. We thrive to make our customers completely happy and satisfied. In the event that a customer wants to return an item, all within reason & policies, we will fully refund you. One exception, refunds will not include shipping costs for items that are damaged outside of our control, please see policy for details.

3. Q: What about your shipping costs and policies? 

A: Our shipping policy is expressed more in detail within the private policies page. With that being said, all shipping costs and/or options will be available at checkout. There are certain circumstances where free shipping may be available for instance, special sales that announces free shipping or we may at times offer free shipping of purchases of over a designated amount in US currency. Please read descriptions and notices when purchasing items. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out to our customer support department where your questions will be answered in a timely manner.
